Event Shoot

In this shoot everything is about spontaneously capturing the location, the atmosphere and the guests during an event. The end result can be used to share with the attendees through your preferred channels (intranet, social media, …). If desired we can also provide an online gallery.

  1. Preliminary meeting: Together we briefly discuss your wishes, style and ideas. This can be online or in Leuven, so that we have a clear picture of what you want to achieve and can adjust the proposal.
  2. The shoot: The shoot takes about 2 hours. We capture the location, the atmosphere and the guests in a spontaneous way.
  3. Selection & Editing: After the shoot we select the best photos (expect about 30 photos). These are professionally edited to create the right uniform atmosphere.
  4. Delivery: The edited photos are delivered digitally in both large and small formats, so that you can use them however you like.
