Corporate Shoot

Since every company is different, our approach here is truly tailor-made. That is why we spend more time together to understand the company, its services and its product. This is then translated into an atmosphere, setting, colours and composition. It is about capturing the people behind the company and reflecting its unique culture and atmosphere. Whether it concerns professional headshots, team photos or images that show the daily work and dynamics of your organisation, we create photos that radiate trust, professionalism and authenticity.

The image material, photo and video, can be used straight away on your website and social media platforms. Using the right visuals will greatly improve your visibility. That is how we make sure your company truly comes to life, for customers and employees alike.

Example 1: Visual identity for website and social media

  1. Preliminary meeting: Together we discuss your wishes, style and ideas. This can be online or in Leuven, so that we have a clear picture of what you want to achieve.
  2. Preparation: We work out a proposal that we discuss with you. This proposal includes examples of composition, colours, style, …
  3. The shoot: The shoot itself takes about 4 hours, during which we try out different settings and poses to arrive at a varied series of images. A maximum of six different settings is possible (depending on the location(s) and setup).
  4. Selection & Editing: After the shoot we select the best 20 photos together. These are professionally edited to match your wishes down to the last detail. During this process you are involved in the editing as a client through an online gallery.
  5. Delivery: The edited material is delivered digitally in both large and small formats, so that you can use it however you like.
Price for the shoot

  • Extras
  • Costs for equipment, location or travel are charged separately, depending on your preferences.
  • More photos? No problem! Extra edited photos are available for €20 each.
  • Video? In this case both photos and video footage will be shot during the shoot. Producing the video is charged separately at €100 per video. (maximum 30 seconds)
  • Ordering prints? We also offer high-quality prints of your favourite photos. Ask about the options and prices

Example 2: Corporate headshots for website and social media

  1. Preliminary meeting: Together we discuss your style and ideas. This can be online or in Leuven, so that we have a clear picture of what you want to achieve.
  2. Preparation: We work out a proposal that we discuss with you. This proposal includes examples of composition, colours, style, …
  3. Setup: At the location the necessary equipment (lighting, backdrop, …) is placed, set up and tested. This lets us get the right image and also allows us to continue or repeat it later with similar settings.
  4. The shoot: The shoot itself takes 1 hour for twelve people. You provide the location. If needed we can bring a white or black background. We need a space that is at least 3 metres wide by 6 metres long and 2.5 metres high. We also ask that a person from the company is on site to make sure the right people are in front of the camera on time.
  5. Tear-down: The equipment is taken down again and the location is left as it was before the shoot.
  6. Selection & Editing: After the shoot we select 3 to 5 photos per person. These are edited so that the lighting and style match the chosen style.
  7. Delivery: The edited material is delivered digitally in jpeg format, so that you can use it however you like on your website or social media.
